I’m Kevin Sivic

I’m an engineering leader who blends strategy with sleeves-rolled-up delivery. I help teams get predictable, reduce friction, and evolve systems with clear architecture, visible work, strong tests, and steady flow. I’m Buffalo-based and work remote or Buffalo/Rochester hybrid.
