I am an accomplished Senior Technology Leader with a proven track record of driving organizational change. Equally comfortable in conversations with senior leadership and getting my hands dirty working in code. I bridge the gap between management, product, operations and development. My goal is to improve business outcomes by making people awesome in all parts of the organization.
I am currently open to consulting or FTE opportunities to build teams who relentlessly remove waste and deliver high quality software sooner and more sustainably than their competition.

- Acting as a player coach, I introduced and strengthened Extreme Programming practices such as pair and mob programming, Test Driven Development, and Refactoring to individuals and teams.
